I asked CC to come out an diagnose a heating problem we had. They thoroughly investigated, diagnosed and took some video to show me the problem. They gave me a couple of options to choose from and once I did that, came back to do the install of a new system. I have worked with the team many times in the past and they never fail to do a thorough and professional job and explain everything along the way. Highly recommended!
